This one is what it says on the tin. It’s getting your ass off the couch and up and doing something to help yourself.
Since my fair lady pushed a little person out of her she’s been itching to start running and exercising again. She’s a fit little lady is my Michelle. Watching her determination to do it has motivated me to do something which I should have really put more effort into a long time ago. I love the gym, I love doing weights, but I HATE running. Unfortunately that may be one of the best ways for me to get in shape. So I’ll give it a go and try and update as much as possible!
I’m going to try and make this topic about more than just running. I’ll try and add in all the forms of exercise which everyone can enjoy and throw themselves at!
